Wow, life is an exciting ride. But, time certainly flies when you are having fun and trying to do stuff that matters.

The last post I wrote on this blog was nearly two and a half years ago. Yikes. That’s a lifetime on the interwebs.

Over the past two years, a lot has happened. I failed at starting a consultancy. Then, I joined an awesome team at Quantum Workplace as the Director of Best Places to Work (how cool is that title…it’s an even cooler job).  If you’re not familiar with Quantum, you should be.

I’ve continued to find extraordinary opportunities to speak to groups all around the country to inspire leaders and HR professionals to build workplaces that are more fit for humans. And, I’ve met some great people along the way.

This website and blog exist to support and promote my work as a keynote speaker and facilitator of experiences that challenge outdated perspectives about talent and the workplace. I love speaking and teaching.  I am so thankful to those of you who have been so supportive and encouraging of me as I’ve grown my speaking platform. It wouldn’t have happened without the support and referral of so many of you. Thank you.

In the craziness of the past two years, I haven’t been doing a lot of writing.  At least not as much as I’d like. I am committed to changing that. I’m not exactly sure what that means for this blog as I write this. At the very least, I’ll repost snippets and links to stuff I’m writing elsewhere so you can find that easily if you’d like. But I suspect that I’ll also use this platform to write about life and big thoughts that I’d like to bounce off of you.

Here are a few places you can find what I’ve been writing about recently if you are so inclined.

Okay, so if you’ve read this far, thank you.  Would you do me a favor and drop me a note or a comment?  Primarily, I’m not sure if my feedburner is still working or where these posts will travel (it’s been over two years…). It would be good to know if this mic is still turned on (despite lack of use recently).

If you’d like to reach out and connect directly, please email me at [email protected]. I would love to hear from you.
