My work liberates leaders from traditional management BS and equips them to Lead With Relationship. This is the key to unlocking our highest potential, state of wellbeing, ideas, and work.
In my quest to better understand how our relationships shape every aspect of our lives, I’ve led retreats for leaders, managers, and teams for the past 15 years.
During that time, I’ve discovered that there’s something powerful that happens when you unplug leaders from the ‘Matrix’ of work and bring them together in community to uncover what could be different—about how they learn, love, lead, and grow.
WHAT DOES THE MATRIX HAVE TO DO WITH IT?
